The IDEAS ALIVE EXPERIENCE! Whether it's our exceptionally talented actors/singers, costumes custom made by design or our communicative event coordinators smoothing out your reservation process - we are here to meet even the highest level of expectations!
* CAST - We bring you the most talented performers in Western Washington as we believe that any special party guest deserves the most authentic interactions, and we want your guests leaving your party feeling welcomed, excited and anticipating their very own visit! Our elaborate and movie like costumes are amazing to see and will turn heads in any venue!
* CUSTOMER SERVICE - Our customer service team will make sure that all of your character and party options align with the event you are envisioning. We know that planning events like these is not easy so with the help of our team we keep in touch every step of the way a hopefully stress-free experience.
* CONSISTENCY & DEDICATION - We will never cancel on you. We get a lot of calls from people who book with other companies that have cancelled last minute and just like our superhero's, we will always try and save the day! *A reminder of why reviews are so important.
ARE YOU DISNEY PRINCESSES?
No. We are not associated with and do not offer licensed or copyrighted characters from Disney, Marvel, or others. We are not affiliated with any theme parks, publishing companies, studios, production companies, etc.
DO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PARTY SPACE?
We do not. We come to you! We work with a lot of great spaces and can always provide a referral if needed.
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
We service the Puget Sound area. Any travel fees are calculated from our downtown Seattle base.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY PARTY?
We typically book 3 months in advance, so please take that into consideration when planning your party. We recommend to book with us first before sending out your party invitations to ensure your character is available for your preferred date and time. Planning a last-minute party? Don’t worry! We may still have room in our calendar to accommodate you. To check our schedule, feel free to give us a call at 425.598.9582.
WHEN SHOULD I HAVE MY CHARACTER(S) ARRIVE?
We recommend having your character(s) arrive at least 30 minutes after your party is scheduled to begin. This allows for all your guests to be comfortably settled in and any late comers won’t miss out on activities! Please help us keep track of the time during your character’s stay. Our characters do not take out their phones while in character and are not always able to check the time. Please be sure to help wrap things up at the time of your scheduled departure!
CAN MY PARTY BE HELD OUTDOORS?
Yes, but as we know our Seattle area whether can change quickly so, please discuss a "plan B" with your coordinator. Our Fairy God Mother does not want her magical characters getting wet - for any reason - we also want to keep them as comfortable as possible to ensure a great performance so any excessive heat, cold, or winds need to be avoided. For the health and safety of our performers, when the outside temperature exceeds 70 degrees, we require a shaded spot for our activities. When the outside temperature exceeds 80 degrees, we require that the visit takes place indoors due to our heavy wigs, ballgowns, or one-piece suits. In fall and winter months, if the temperature drops below 55 degrees, we require the visit takes place indoors. If you are planning an outdoor party, we always recommend having that Plan B in case of inclement weather.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
We require a deposit (65%) to be paid upon reservation or within 24 hours of booking your event. This is to reserve your character for your specific date and time. The final balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to your party. You are also welcome to pay your balance in full in one transaction if preferred. Our characters will not enter your event until it has been fulfilled. No exceptions.
SHOULD I TIP MY PERFORMER?
It's a great way to let your performers know that they gave an excellent performance! Gratuity is always appreciated but not required.
